When is an Interim Manager required?
Many Public Sector organisations of today are running at full capacity with no spare people and no spare time. There will always be a need for specialist skills that are only ever needed infrequently. Interim Management is a modern, creative solution. Think of Interim Management as a rapid, hands-on resolution of business problems by highly experienced senior specialists who can make a quick impact. Typical assignments might include:
- Planning, delivering and managing major and routine projects
- Filling expected or planned gaps – including maternity leave or deferred permanent recruitment
- Spearheading change and culture management
- Organising and leading relocation projects
- Filling unexpected gaps arising from illness, secondment or termination
- Assisting with organisational restructuring
- Implementing IT systems and infrastructure
- Providing additional specialist skills for a specific period to solve a particular problem
- Delivering on legislative requirements
- Coaching and mentoring permanent staff
If your organisation has or is anticipating a need for an Interim Manager or Temporary Professional, please contact us on 0870 83 33 661 or interim@capita.co.uk to discuss your requirements: |
